Designed by Shay Zak of Zak Architecture, the oceanview estate is named Hale Kai Apo, which means “home of the changing tides.” Six bedrooms and five full bathrooms are spread across 6,670 square feet, which come fully furnished by Averylily, a local interior design studio.
